Very tasty salad! I’ve tried it cold, but it tastes better when it’s warm.

  1. Wash the beets, wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool and clean.
  2. Grate the ginger on a fine grater.
  3. Peel one large green apple and grate it on a coarse grater.
  4. Grate the beets on a coarse grater.
  5. Mix beetroot, apple, ginger. Add salt, balsamic vinegar.
  6. Place in a preheated frying pan with olive oil and heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Ready.
