  1. That’s how my celery looked (young)! I’ll tell you a little bit about how to use celery in food! If the stems are young, fresh, they can not be cleaned from the top layer. If the stems are already old, you need to carefully remove the top layer with a knife or a vegetable peeler, so as not to eat the fibers later (they are very poorly chewed).
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
  3. Wash the salad, cut it into slices or break it into pieces.
  4. Wash the celery, remove the fibers and cut it into such long pieces.
  5. In a frying pan with a small amount of olive oil, fry the celery and mushrooms over high heat for 5-7 minutes, constantly shaking the pan or stirring. Let it cool down a little.
  6. Finely chop the celery.
  7. Peel and slice the apple or rub it with straws, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with a small amount of lemon juice.
  8. Prepare the salad dressing. In a separate bowl, mix 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, honey, soy sauce and the remaining lemon juice and whisk with a fork. In a salad bowl, mix apples, onions, lettuce leaves, fried celery with mushrooms and celery greens. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Ready-made salad!
