Finely chop the greens as well as the onion. Put in a bowl and add the spices, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Stir. Wash the zucchini and cut it into rings. Fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Still hot, put our zucchini on the prepared greens along with the oil from roasting. Finely chop the garlic and put it on the zucchini.
