Whipped Coffee-Tiramisu Recipe
Recipe based on Dalgona coffee, known as whipped multi-layer coffee. By the way, something resembling Greek coffee FRAPPE. This version is made from regular instant coffee in granules, but is rich in tiramisu flavors and served with crunchy savoyardi. I love multi-layered coffee drinks – and this one has as many as 5! We really like it, try it and you!

  1. Half an hour before preparing the drink, put the milk in the freezer. Capacity of the glass is 250-300 ml. Apply the chocolate paste on the walls of the glass with smears. I used homemade Nutella, which I warmed up a little. Homemade Nutella the link give below.
  2. Beat coffee, sugar and boiling water with a mixer or blender into a thick white foam.
  3. I have a special mixer for whipping coffee, but you can do with the usual one.
  4. Put condensed milk on the bottom of the glass.
  5. Top with cold cream. And carefully pour in the ice-cold milk.
  6. Carefully put a layer of whipped coffee on top.
  7. Put the finished drink in the freezer for a couple of minutes. When serving, I recommend adding a few ice cubes, and sprinkle cocoa on top. Serve with Savoyardi cookies. Before use, mix with a spoon, or you can try each layer separately, and then mix and drink coffee through a tube!
