  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the tails, dry them with a paper towel. I have different-sized strawberries, but I didn’t cut them.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  3. Put the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar.
  4. As soon as the juice starts to stand out from the strawberries, pour strong alcohol: rum, cognac, etc., I generally took Sambuca, it turned out a very piquant aftertaste. Setting it on fire, I used a gas burner. As soon as the fire goes out, set aside and allow the strawberries to cool completely.
  5. Prepare the cream cheese. Mix the curd cheese, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and whisk everything with a mixer into the cream. I got a little runny, so I froze a little.
  6. Brew coffee 1 teaspoon per 100 ml of boiling water. Let it cool.
  7. Chop savoyardi sticks into 4 parts.
  8. To serve, take glasses. For the convenience of dessert decoration, the cream was put in a cooking bag with a nozzle. At the bottom of the glass, put a little cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
