  1. Let’s start with the test. Pour soda into the sour cream so that it goes out. Then add eggs, sugar, coconut chips and whisk a little into a soft mousse. Sift the flour and add to the dough, mix well and leave the dough for 15 minutes for sourdough.
  2. Wash the apples, cut out the core and cut into slices.
