  1. We prepare all the products! The fresher the apples, the better, I have from the garden! Apples are washed, cleaned of seeds and sticks.
  2. Cut into 4-8 pieces, put in a bowl of a slow cooker and add a little water. Turn on the “soup/stew” mode for 30 minutes.
  3. While the apples are cooking, prepare the oranges and lemon! Just squeeze the juice!
  4. After the time has elapsed, cool the apples and squeeze the juice-puree through cheesecloth! It turns out it’s such a mess!
  5. Mix it with juice! Set the baking mode, I have 1.5 hours, the dough should thicken, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the bowl! Simultaneously with the preparation of the dish, cover it with cling film!
  6. Pour the finished thick marmalade into the prepared dishes and forget for the next 3-4 hours. If the resulting mass is not thick enough, and you feel that you cannot cut, you can add gelatin.
  7. After solidification, spread on powdered sugar or vanilla sugar, slice and enjoy the marmalade, green tea is just right! Enjoy your meal!!!
