  1. Whisk the butter with powdered sugar.
  2. Without ceasing to beat, add one egg at a time.
  3. Sift the flour with salt and baking powder and add to the oil mixture. Mix it.
  4. Cover the 20 cm form with parchment. Put the dough into a mold, smooth it out, making the edges higher, and in the middle of the recess.
  5. For the filling, mix the egg, cottage cheese, cheese and sugar well.
  6. Remove the seeds from the apricot and cut it into pieces. Add the apricots to the filling and mix.
  7. Put the filling on the dough.
  8. For the streusel, grind everything into crumbs.
  9. Stuff the stuffing with streusel – it’s better to start from the edges. I sprinkled almond crumbs on top of the streusel (3 tbsp.).
  10. Put in a preheated 175 degree oven and bake – I have 40 minutes on the middle shelf and 15 minutes on the top – focus on your oven. Cool it.
  11. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
