  2. Peel the onion and potatoes. Cut onions into thin quarters of rings, potatoes into cubes with a side of 2 cm. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.Add the potatoes, fry for another 5-7 minutes. Pepper, add a little salt and remove from the heat.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 °C. for the dough, beat the eggs until fluffy, mix with mayonnaise and cream. Add the cheese and mix until smooth.
  4. Mix 200 g of flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder and combine with the cheese mass. Knead a homogeneous dough, it should be the thickness of sour cream. If it turns out to be a little thin, add a little more flour.
  5. Pour a little dough on the bottom of a heat-resistant mold with a diameter of 22 cm, just to close the bottom. Put the potatoes and onions, pour the remaining dough. Bake in the oven until golden brown for 35-40 minutes. This pie tastes best when cold.
