These peppers can be prepared both for a regular dinner table and for a holiday. Instructions
  1. Power: 900W Program: Baking (25 minutes) Prepare the peppers. Cut in half, trying not to damage the peduncle, peel off the seeds.
  2. Mix the mozzarella with the herbs. I have parsley. “Mix” in a blender.
  3. Add crab sticks to the mozzarella with herbs. The consistency of the mass should not be too thick, but also not liquid. Squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic into the mass (I forgot to take a picture of this moment). If desired, you can add ground black pepper.
  4. Fill the halves of the peppers with the resulting mixture. Put the peppers in the bowl of a slow cooker, pour a little vegetable oil on the bottom. Turn on the “Baking” mode, set the time to 25 minutes.
  5. About 7-5 minutes before the end of the program – put 1-2 slices of tomatoes on each half of the pepper (depending on which tomatoes I have cherry) and sprinkle with grated cheese a little.
  6. Carefully remove the pepper from the slow cooker. Spread on a plate and serve depending on your imagination))) Pepper will look good on lettuce leaves.
  7. Bon appetit)
