Baked Pepper Stuffed with Mozzarella and Crab Sticks Recipe
Pepper stuffed with mozzarella and crab sticks and baked in a slow cooker (or in the oven) can be served as an appetizer and as a separate dish. These peppers can be prepared as a normal dining table, and on holiday. Instead of mozzarella, you can use any other cheese, ricotta, cheese - with each of the cheeses the taste will be different. But in any case it will be delicious!
Power: 900 Watts
Program: Baking (25 minutes)
Prepare the peppers. Cut in half, trying not to damage the stalk, clear of seeds.
Mix mozzarella with herbs. I have parsley. "Mixed" in a blender.
To mozzarella with greens add crab sticks.
Mass consistency should not get too thick, but not liquid.
In a lot to squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic (I forgot to take a picture of this moment).
Optionally, you can add black pepper.
The resulting mixture to fill the halves of peppers. Put the peppers in a bowl slow cooker, at the bottom of a little vegetable oil.
Turn on the "Baking" mode, set the time 25 minutes.
Approximately minutes for 7-5 before the end of the program - on each half pepper put the tomatoes 1-2 slices (depending what tomatoes, I have cherry) and a little sprinkle with grated cheese.
Carefully take out the peppers from the slow cooker.
Spread on a plate and serve depending on your imagination)))
Peppers will look good on lettuce leaves.
