  1. Wash pumpkin, cut into slices about 1.5 centimeters thick. We clean from the skin. If the pumpkin variety is Butternut, do not peel.
  2. Put on a baking sheet, or in a greased dish. Sprinkle with sugar and vanilla if desired, if the pumpkin is not very sweet. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Add apple slices and raisins soaked in water or in apple juice with the addition of vanillin. I covered the form with foil. We bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Until the pumpkin is soft.
  3. We remove from the oven, cool. Sprinkle nuts on top with powdered sugar. We decorate to your liking. I used mini figs.
