It turns out that this dessert is easy to make at home!
All components for the dough whisk with a blender for a few minutes to obtain a uniform consistency. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides until Browning. You should get 14-15 thin pancakes with a small diameter.
Nuts (I took the same amount of walnuts and almonds) washed and fry in a pan for a few minutes. Raisins washed, you can soak it overnight in alcohol. I'm not soaked, but added 1 tablespoon of brandy by melting chocolate. Nuts grind in a coffee grinder, together with raisins grind in a blender and mix with melted chocolate. If the filling is very thick, add 2-3 tablespoons of alcohol or milk.
On the edge of the pancake put 1-2 tsp of the filling and wrap tightly.
For the chocolate sauce, melt the butter on a low heat, add the remaining components to it and mix until a smooth consistency is obtained. If sugar dissolves poorly, warm the sauce until it dissolves.
