Pancakes with Raisins and Nuts Recipe
Amazingly delicious pancakes, very similar in taste to those that could previously be ordered in the cafe "Shokoladnitsa". I do not know if they are on the menu now, but it is unlikely that their quality has remained the same. I recently found a recipe for these pancakes on the Internet. It turns out that this dessert is easy to make at home!

  2. The nuts (I took the same amount of walnuts and almonds) are washed and fried in a frying pan for a few minutes. Wash the raisins, you can soak it overnight in alcohol. I didn't soak it, but I added 1 tablespoon of cognac, melting the chocolate. Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder, grind together with the raisins in a blender and mix with melted chocolate. If the filling is very thick, add 2-3 tablespoons of alcohol or milk.

  4. For the chocolate sauce, melt the butter over low heat, add the remaining ingredients to it and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. If the sugar does not dissolve well, heat the sauce until it is completely dissolved.
