Pancakes with Raisins and Nuts Recipe
Amazingly delicious pancakes, very similar in taste to those that previously could be ordered in the cafe "Shokoladnitsa". Whether they are on the menu now-I do not know, but it is unlikely that their quality has remained the same. I recently found a recipe for these pancakes on the Internet. It turns out that this dessert is easy to make at home!

  1. All components for the dough whisk with a blender for a few minutes to obtain a uniform consistency. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides until Browning. You should get 14-15 thin pancakes with a small diameter.

  2. Nuts (I took the same amount of walnuts and almonds) washed and fry in a pan for a few minutes. Raisins washed, you can soak it overnight in alcohol. I'm not soaked, but added 1 tablespoon of brandy by melting chocolate. Nuts grind in a coffee grinder, together with raisins grind in a blender and mix with melted chocolate. If the filling is very thick, add 2-3 tablespoons of alcohol or milk.

  4. For the chocolate sauce, melt the butter on a low heat, add the remaining components to it and mix until a smooth consistency is obtained. If sugar dissolves poorly, warm the sauce until it dissolves.
