Instructions
Rub the quail with salt and adzhika. Cut the tangerine and garlic and fill the quail, leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Soak the gelatin in the juice for the time indicated on the instructions on the package.
Chop the tangerine in a food processor using a chopper knife to a homogeneous mass. In a microwave oven, melt the gelatin, but do not boil it.
Mix the tangerine with gelatin and put it in the refrigerator for stabilization.
Bake the quail at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Put the quail on a platter, put the tangerine jelly next to it and put the jelly on the hot game before eating, it melts and forms a cool sauce!
