Instructions
To prepare the products. Peel the onion and cut into a quarter ring. Fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
Add the minced meat, fry until half cooked, 3 minutes, medium heat.
Add salt and pepper to the fried minced meat and onion. Add the smoked cheese. Stir.
Wash and dry the tomatoes. Carefully cut off the lid, remove the pulp with a teaspoon, making a “Cup”. Fill tomatoes with minced meat.
Place in a fireproof form, bake for 10 minutes, 190-200 degrees.
Then put sour cream on top, thyme sprigs, send to the oven. Bake for another 5 minutes, 190-200 degrees, preferably under the grill.
Serve with your favorite side dish.
