Pour boiled water into a frying pan, bring to a boil, add salt. Dip the "nest" pasta into boiling water for 1-2 minutes, holding them with forks on both sides so as not to damage the mold. Grease the heat-resistant mold with vegetable oil, put the previously extracted from boiling water and inverted "nests" into it.
Mix the minced meat with 2 eggs and chopped onions, add salt, pepper, mix and form cutlets. Lay them on top of the pasta "nests", flatten them so that flat surfaces turn out on top.
Prepare the sauce. To do this, whisk the remaining chicken egg with a pinch of salt, pour in the cream and add spices to your own taste, season with salt and pepper. Pour this sauce over the nests prepared for baking. Cover the dish with foil and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
After the measured time, remove the mold from the oven, remove the foil. Cut the tomatoes into large washers and put 1 piece on top of each "nest". Sprinkle with grated cheese on a coarse grater and send the dish to the oven until a golden crust is obtained on the surface.
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped fresh dill and parsley. Serve hot, portioned out on plates. Bon Appetit!
