Bean Salad with Nut Dressing Recipe
A very tasty, crunchy and hearty salad suitable for a lean table. Nutty dressing makes the salad original and interesting to taste. And the composition is very simple – pickled cucumber, beetroot and beans.

Instructions
Cook the beans, following the instructions on the package.
Prepare the salad dressing. Mash the walnuts with a pestle.
Pour in the vegetable oil, add the mustard and chopped chili pepper. Add a little salt, but remember that there will be pickles in the salad.
Fry the onion until golden brown.
Cut the pickles and boiled beets into cubes. Transfer to a bowl with the cooked beans.
Season the salad with a nutty dressing.
When serving, sprinkle the salad with fried onions.
