  1. Boil potatoes and carrots, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Wash, peel and grate the Apple. Sprinkle with lemon juice, so it doesn’t get dark. Cut the beef into small cubes.
  2. Put the potatoes in a bowl.
  3. Add the carrots.
  4. Add salt, mayonnaise and mix.
  5. Put the sliced beef on a dish or in a salad bowl.
  6. Grease it with a little mayonnaise, you can pepper it if you want.
  7. Put the grated Apple on top.
  8. Put the potato-carrot mixture on top of the Apple and smooth it out. Remove to the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  9. Before serving, grease the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise, garnish with herbs and peas.
