Beet Salad with Feta Recipe
To be honest, this is one of my favorite salads because I love beetroot and balsamic vinegar. The salad is very easy to prepare and can easily replace the side dish. It’s filling, but not heavy.

  1. Cut the beetroot into cubes. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and olive oil. Mix gently.
  2. Put the lettuce leaves on the dish, put the beetroot in the marinade on top. Crumble the pieces of feta with your hands. And sprinkle with walnuts. Pour the marinade over the top.
