  1. We will prepare the necessary products. Boil the beetroot in advance and cool it. We will take the pesto ready-made or cook it ourselves.
  2. Cut the beetroot into rings 5 mm thick and sprinkle with a little salt and olive oil so that it does not stain the cheese cream in the salad.
  3. In the bowl of a blender, mix the melted cheese, pesto sauce and mayonnaise until smooth. Put the cream in a pastry bag with a nozzle in the form of an asterisk.
  4. On the lettuce leaves, we begin to lay out our pyramid with a beet ring. We will spread it beautifully with our cream and cover it with the next ring. We finish our pyramid with a layer of cream beautifully applied to beets:
