Instructions
Bake or boil the beets in advance, peel, cut (or three) thin strips. Peel the onion and cut it into (three) thin rings.
Prunes, if necessary, pre-steamed, cut into thin strips.
Preparation of the gas station. Mix mustard with grains, I have “Grainy”, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, a mixture of salt and pepper. Mix it.
Add chopped basil to the salad, I have a little dried, dressing, mix. Serve the salad chilled.
