  3. We put the meat in a saucepan and fill it with water… And we put it to prepare.. I usually cook meat for 1-1.5 hours.
  4. While the meat is cooking, we cook soup… Three carrots and chop the onion.

  6. Slice the potatoes.
  7. Grate the beets on a coarse grater, cut the eggs into small cubes.
  8. Let the meat cook for 30-40 minutes, then add the potatoes and cook for another 20 minutes… Then add the fried onions and carrots, beets and eggs, salt and add bay leaf. Cook for another 10 minutes, and the soup will be ready… You can eat…
