Berlin Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

(fresh and marinated)

Butter

Mustard

Light beer
3
pieces
Eggs
(boiled)
Allspice
(to taste)
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain the water. Cool the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Cut the fresh cucumber into slices and sprinkle with salt.
Cut the canned cucumbers into small pieces (I had gherkins, so I sliced them).
Chop the dill, cut the onion into cubes.
Mix fresh cucumber, onion, pickles, potatoes and half of the dill greens.
For the sauce, mix cream, melted butter, mustard and beer. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel the eggs, mix the yolks with the sauce, and cut the whites into cubes.
Pour the sauce over the salad and garnish with proteins and herbs.
