Instructions
  1. Beat one egg into the minced meat, add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  2. Sprinkle the cutting board with flour, take some minced meat and form a ball. Make a tortilla from a ball and roll it out on a floured board into a pancake 1.5 – 2 mm thick . As a result, about 6-7 brisoles are obtained from 500 gr. minced meat. Now beat the remaining eggs into the cup, add salt, pepper and spices to taste and whisk everything. Pour a little egg mixture into a wide flat plate and very carefully dip the pancake formed from minced meat.
  3. Then also carefully transfer it to a preheated frying pan with a little oil. A little trick – the plate should be flat, then the minced meat will easily “slip” from it into the pan and will not break. Therefore, it is better to add the egg from the cup in portions, before each new pancake.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the brizole on both sides. Please note that the fire should not be large, as the egg will burn, and the minced meat will not fry.
  5. We transfer the finished fried brachioles to a plate and gently roll them into a roll. In the middle of the rolls, you can pour, for example, cheese grated on a grater.
  6. Sprinkle the finished brachioles with chopped herbs. Rice, vegetables or potatoes are very good for garnish.
