Chicken fillet (breast) cut in half lengthwise.
Lightly hit each piece. (through plastic wrap).
Egg drive in a suitable bowl. Beat with whisk.
In another bowl, mix flour with salt and black pepper.
Each piece of the beaten off fillet to dip at first in egg, then in flour. Shake off excess flour.
Fry the fillet in a well-heated vegetable oil on an active fire on both sides until Golden. (for 1,5-2 minutes on each side, no more)
Put the fried fillet on a paper towel.
Bulgarian pepper and tomato cut into small cubes. Garlic skip through the press. (garlic optional) grate Cheese on a fine grater and half of the cheese and add to vegetables. Stir, add a little salt if necessary.
Put the chicken fillet on a baking sheet or in a large baking dish. On each piece of the fillet spread out the vegetables and cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake the fillet in a preheated oven at 190° for 13-15 minutes. (most importantly, the fillets don't dry up. Therefore, always consider the features of your oven.)
