I love the classic combination of buckwheat with meat and mushrooms. I cook often and constantly looking for new and interesting recipes with these products together. I offer you a hearty home-cooked meal: zrazy with buckwheat in mushroom sauce. It is very fragrant and delicious!
Pour buckwheat water 1 to 2, bring to a boil and cook over low heat until ready for 20 minutes. Cover with a lid and set aside to cool.
Onions cut into cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil.
Add the chopped mushrooms. Mushrooms can take any at will and availability. I have sliced boiled mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms and onions for about 5 minutes.
Take minced meat, I have pork, add salt and freshly ground pepper mixture. Stir.
To the buckwheat, add half of the fried onions with the mushrooms, stir.
Take the stuffing, flatten in the palm of your hand and put in the middle of a tablespoon of buckwheat with onions and mushrooms.
Roll the minced meat with the filling in the"bun". The remaining buckwheat can be used as a side dish to the dish.
In a frying pan fry zrazy in vegetable oil on all sides.
Put the fried zrazy on the remaining fried mushrooms with onions.
Pour the mixture of broth and cream. You can take any broth at will: mushroom, meat, vegetable or even just water. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat until the sauce thickens.
Serve zrazy hot, sprinkled with finely chopped greens. I have fennel.
