Bread (preferably without the crust) soaked in milk.
Add egg, finely chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and stir in the soaked bread.
Carefully knead the minced meat, I also make sure to beat the minced meat to make it smooth and dense.
Formed into round chops and breaded them in flour.
In a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil, fry it on both sides of the chops (until ready to bring it is not necessary) and remove them from the heat.
Prepare the sauce.
In a saucepan melt the butter, put finely chopped onion and fry it.
Then add the chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry them. I use pre-thawed forest mushrooms. You can take champignons but with wild mushrooms dish turns fragrant and delicious.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with flour, fry a little, stirring constantly.
Add sour cream, mix and pour boiled water, so much to get the desired sauce density.
Salt the sauce to taste.
Spread the sauce to the chops, cover and simmer over low heat 15-20 minutes. It is advisable to turn the chops once during cooking.
