  1. Mix the flour with semolina, crumble the yeast between your palms and spread evenly over the surface of the flour. Add salt, water and olive oil to the same place.
  2. Knead the dough. It turns out very elastic. The consistency can be compared with the earlobe. That’s what Niko, my hairdresser, told me. And he was absolutely right. The comparison, by the way, is incomparable.
  3. Now you need to choose the dishes that fit the size. Divide the dough into 8 parts or as you like, depending on the size of the cups you want to make. I cook less for soup, more for salad. Then it turns out 5 pieces. Roll out the cakes. To be sure, cover the bottom of the dishes with parchment paper. Well, we spread our cakes on inverted cups. This time I have clay pots.
  4. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. While it is warming up, our dough is suitable for 10 minutes.
  5. Put it in the oven, close the door and reduce the heat to 200 degrees. 25-30 minutes – ready. Carefully remove our cups from the plates or pots. If necessary, with the tip of a knife, separate the dough from the container along the contour.
  6. That’s what comes out of it.
  7. Pour the soup and enjoy.
