- For the preparation of this delicious fragrant bread is used the simplest dough recipe. Which includes wheat flour, drinking water, olive oil, salt, sugar and yeast. I make a batch in the bread maker. That is, send all the ingredients in a container for mixing put the mode of "the second rise". If you don't have a bread maker,: mix yeast, warm water and sugar in a large bowl. Leave for five to ten minutes. Next, mix olive oil, salt and about half of the flour into the yeast mixture. Gradually stir in the remaining flour. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes or until it is smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a bowl. Put the bowl in a warm place. Cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise for 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in volume.
- For baking you can take any convenient form. I used a pan with a removable handle with a diameter of 28 cm. I have a frying pan with Teflon coating, it is not necessary to lubricate with oil. You look when necessary. Place the rolls in the pan. No need to stack them too tightly. Cover the rolls with a towel and let the dough sit for another 20 minutes.
