Blue cheese

Cream (10%)

Walnuts
chopped
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
Throw broccoli into boiling water, boil for 5-6 minutes, cool. Cut off large inflorescences, but not small ones.
Mash the cheese with a fork, gradually add cream, the consistency of sour cream is obtained. Add salt, pepper and mix.
Pour the broccoli sauce and mix lightly (gently).
Sprinkle the finished salad with walnuts.
