I love this salad and always used to order it in Chinese restaurants, but then I thought: why not cook it yourself?... I scoured the Internet, picked up a little bit from various sites and brought for myself the perfect preparation of this, to the disgrace of a simple, but insanely delicious warm salad. By the way, even frozen broccoli does not lose its usefulness! If in other vegetables when frozen the percentage of loss of vitamins somewhere 50%, the broccoli loses only 10%. Therefore, it can easily be eaten all year round!
Forks broccoli thoroughly washed and divided into florets.
Garlic RUB on a small grater or squeeze through press, as you prefer.
In a small saucepan pour water, add salt, pepper and olive oil.
As the water boils, put it in broccoli and mix well.
After a minute, add the garlic, cover and simmer for about 2-3 minutes, it is important not to digest. Be guided by the color of cabbage, it should be emerald green, and the taste of crispy. Pull the broccoli out of the pan with a slotted spoon and put on a plate. Juicy, tasty and healthy dish is ready!
