Buckwheat with Cucumber and Fried Onions Recipe

  1. Prepare buckwheat porridge according to the main recipe.
  2. Wash the cucumber, peel it and cut it into thin strips.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion on it until golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
  4. To the buckwheat porridge, add the fried onion, cucumber, mix, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Sprinkle with green onions, serve with sour cream.
