Cut the onion into rings of 4-5 mm and fasten them with toothpicks
Place the onion rings in a bowl and pour over the soy sauce. Let stand for at least 20 minutes
Dip onion rings in a beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs
Heat enough oil in a skillet and fry the onion rings in it.
Transfer the finished rings to a bowl and dry on a paper towel if necessary.
A very tasty and almost dietary dish is ready.
