Buckwheat

Cucumber
1
piece
Onion
Allspice
(to taste)
Green Onion
Sour cream
(to taste)
Vegetable oil
(to taste)
Instructions
Prepare buckwheat according to the basic recipe.
Wash the cucumber, peel and cut into thin strips.
Cut the onion into half rings. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion on it until golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
Add fried onion and cucumber to the buckwheat porridge, mix, add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve with sour cream.
