Chop the cabbage thinly. Lightly wrinkle with hands without salt.
Grate the carrots.
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
Finely chop the dill and green onions.
Add greens and peas to cabbage and carrots.
Making a gas station. Combine sour cream, soy sauce, vinegar (there was apple cider vinegar in the recipe, but I added the usual one) and mustard. Mix everything well. The filling is ready.
Add dressing to vegetables, mix well and let it brew for 1-1.5 hours.
