Absolutely simple dish, but with a twist, or rather with cranberries! In any home kitchen, there is always a strong fork of white cabbage, and with a minimum of products at hand, in cooperation with cabbage, you can create countless salads and snacks. The flavor combinations are so successful that this salad can become one of your favorite dishes.
Chop the cabbage, add a little salt to it and rub it lightly with your hands.
Cut sweet pepper into strips.
Peel a small red salad onion and cut into quarters.
Cut the boiled chicken into fibers or cut at your discretion.
To make the breast meat not hard, but soft and juicy, I boil it after boiling water for 15 minutes and leave it to cool in the broth.
Preparing salad dressing. To do this, whisk the cranberry sauce with mayonnaise with a blender for five seconds.
And a wonderful salad dressing is ready. It turns out sooooo delicious dressing!
It remains to fill all the ingredients with sauce, pepper, salt if necessary, mix, add a handful of fresh cranberries.
I still have a spoonful of green peas, which also went into the salad, but this is not a mandatory ingredient.
