Cake “Fries” Tiramisu-Flavored Recipe
This cake can be served as a festive dessert and pleasantly surprise your guests. It looks like a potato pie, but it tastes like tiramisu. The next day, the cakes turn out even tastier, so you can safely cook them in advance.

  1. A necessary product. There is no powdered sugar in the photo.
  2. Savoyardi cookies are crushed into crumbs.
  3. Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar and coffee, mix everything well.
  4. Add the resulting mass to the crushed liver.
  5. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is obtained, I added another 1 tsp. cocoa powder, but this is optional.
  6. Roll balls of 40 g.
  7. Roll the balls in cocoa powder.
  8. Put the pie to freeze in the refrigerator.
  9. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
