  1. Soak the dried fruits in cold water for a few minutes, dry them, remove the seeds from the dates and cut the dried fruits. Chop the nuts. Put the nuts and dried fruits in a container, add honey and mix.
  2. Place the split mold on a baking sheet covered with a film. Put dried fruits on the bottom and tamp very well. We put the form in the freezer.
  3. Whisk the cream well.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in 70 ml of water. Put yogurt, powdered sugar (focus on your taste), cottage cheese in a bowl and beat well with a mixer.
  5. We pour a little cooled gelatin directly under the blades of the mixer – this is not according to the rules, but I have been doing this for a sooo long time and it always turns out.
  6. Quickly enter the thoroughly whipped cream into the gelatin mass, stirring the mass from the bottom up – as if folding.
  7. Remove the mold from the freezer and spread with yogurt mass. We level the top and put it in the refrigerator – I had a pie all night.
  8. Ready.
