I want to offer a second version of carpaccio. A very tasty and interesting snack for wine. Light, spicy and refined. A work colleague told about this snack, he traveled to Latin America. And in Chile, the red wine bar serves this carpaccio as a snack.

  1. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and put them in one layer on a dish.
  2. Dry the almonds either in a frying pan or in a microwave oven. Then finely chop or chop into large pieces.
  3. Thinly slice the radish and put it on top of the mushrooms.
  4. Squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon. Mix with butter. Add salt to taste and finely chopped parsley.
  5. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and sprinkle with nuts. It’s hard to describe the taste, but everything turns out very tasty, and each ingredient complements each other and improves the taste. It goes very well with red wine. Enjoy your meal!!!
