Instructions
Wash, peel, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Wash the apple (I peeled it), grate on a coarse grater, add to the carrots and mix.
Dressing: peel the ginger, cut into pieces and grind in a blender with walnuts. Put it in a bowl, pour oil, lemon juice and honey. Mix well.
