Chebureks with Zucchini Recipe
Of course, these are just zucchini pancakes with meat, but that’s what my friend called them, to whom I am very grateful for this wonderful recipe and I hasten to share it with you!

Ingredients
500
gram
Zucchini

Dill

ml
Milk

Egg
Allspice
(to taste)

Flour
Minced meat
(I have boiled pork + fried onions)

Vegetable oil
Instructions
Grate the zucchini and onion on a carrot grater, add milk, eggs, flour, salt, vegetable oil and pepper.
Mix well, the dough should turn out a little thicker than the pancakes.
Chop the meat and fried onion, add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a frying pan well, greased with oil, pour out a portion of the dough in the form of pancakes and put the filling on one edge.
Cover the filling with the free edge of the dough and press to secure the edges. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Ready!
