Fry the minced meat in a pan in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. RUB the meat, breaking large lumps. Fry for about 5 minutes.
Push the minced meat to the walls of the pan and add chopped onions and grated carrots to the center. Lightly fry the vegetables in the center of the dishes.
Then mix the vegetables with the meat.
Peel the tomato and turn it into a puree (you can replace tomato paste with water). The crushed tomato is poured into the pan to the minced meat.
Stir, cook for 10 minutes.
10 minutes after the introduction of tomato add a pinch of salt and sugar, stir and continue to simmer the vegetables with minced meat for another 10-15 minutes with the lid closed. In the process add another 100 ml of water and give the products to stew a little further.
Try the sauce to taste, if necessary, add salt, sugar, pepper.
While the vegetables with minced meat cooked in a pan, prepare the zucchini. Wash, dry, peel. Cut the zucchini along into two parts, remove the seeds from each with a spoon, peeler or knife — to whom it is more convenient, cut the ends. Spread the chopped zucchini to the minced meat in the pan, carefully mix them in the sauce for even distribution. We have only 5-7 minutes left to simmer zucchini.
Cover the pan and remove the pan from the heat — stewed zucchini with carrots and onions should infuse for 15 minutes in meat sauce and absorb all tastes.
