- 10 minutes after the introduction of tomato add a pinch of salt and sugar, stir and continue to simmer the vegetables with minced meat for another 10-15 minutes with the lid closed. In the process add another 100 ml of water and give the products to stew a little further. Try the sauce to taste, if necessary, add salt, sugar, pepper.
- While the vegetables with minced meat cooked in a pan, prepare the zucchini. Wash, dry, peel. Cut the zucchini along into two parts, remove the seeds from each with a spoon, peeler or knife — to whom it is more convenient, cut the ends.
