Fry the onion in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils.
Add the carrots to the onion, and then the soy sauce
When the onions and carrots are ready, pour in water or broth. Add potatoes, and later – greens.
After the potatoes are ready, whisk everything with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
For making cheese. Cut the processed cheese into cubes. The smaller, the better and faster they dissolve. Add to the soup. Wait until it melts. If you have any pieces left, then whisk again with a blender.
Cut and fry the baguette slices with butter, garlic and basil.
