Spicy Vegetable Puree Soup Recipe
On a cool autumn day, a thick and spicy soup-puree of fresh vegetables will be most welcome.

  1. Vegetables clean, wash and dry. Cut into large chunks and fry in butter in a saucepan. First onion, carrot and sweet pepper. Stir occasionally and do not give too reddening.
