I will say right away that I try to make all the dishes that I cook for my family less (or even without) fat. Why does our body need extra fat? Therefore, I always try to replace mayonnaise (when possible) with sour cream. Compare, the average fat content of mayonnaise is 65-80%, and sour cream is 15-20%. and children absolutely do not need mayonnaise. Therefore, I offer you a recipe for my croutons based on sour cream. Slice the loaf.

  7. Roll the loaf pieces in the resulting mixture. If the mixture is thick enough, spread it with a spoon on the loaf, put the filling down on the pan, and put the mixture on top again with a spoon. Fry on both sides in a greased frying pan. I have a ceramic frying pan, so I lightly brush it with a silicone brush (literally a drop of oil).
