Butter chop knife in a small crumb, separately in a small amount of warm milk dilute yeast.
Now we are gonna wipe the butter with the flour until smooth.
Add to this mass cheese, yolk, milk diluted yeast, salt and sour cream. Make dough.
The result was a ball. Leave it for proofing for 1 hour.
That's how the dough has increased in volume.
Now, from the dough we tear off small pieces and form balls, and then sticks (10 centimeters long approximately). Spread them on a baking sheet, (you can grease the yolk)sprinkle with cumin, coriander and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
