  1. Potatoes (1 pc.) cut into large pieces.
  2. Add the sliced potatoes to the ready chicken or beef broth. Return the pan to the heat and cook the potatoes until tender.
  3. Onion (1 pc.) cut into cubes.
  4. Slice the carrots. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, add 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Fry the onion and carrot until light golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan with boiled potatoes, add the browned onions and carrots, salt and pepper with ground black pepper to taste. Then add 150 g of melted cream cheese. Reduce the heat to low and cook the broth until the cheese melts. Then whisk the soup with an immersion blender or add the soup to a blender and also whisk until smooth.
  6. Pour the mashed soup on plates. Pour the canned food from the jar with white beans, add the finished beans to a plate with mashed soup (adjust the amount to taste). Sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley. To serve with the soup-mashed garlic crackers. Enjoy your meal!
