I found a new recipe on the Internet, got interested, decided to try to cook. The result was a pleasant surprise: the products turned out to be unusually crisp, thin, airy… It looks like a cracker or chips. If you start eating, you won’t stop. Perfect for beer.
Mix all the ingredients, mix thoroughly with a spoon or whisk, so that the mass is more or less homogeneous. The dough should get a very thick consistency of sour cream. If the dough is too thin, add a little flour.
Put the dough in a preheated waffle iron. I did not lubricate the waffle iron with oil, as the dough turns out to be quite greasy.
If you spread the dough on 1 coffee spoon and bake 2 pcs., you will get waffles with a diameter of about 7 cm.
If you spread the dough on 1/2 coffee spoon and bake 4 pcs., you will get waffles with a diameter of about 5 cm.
During baking, you can open the waffle iron and monitor the color of the products. I specially timed it and baked one in 40 seconds.
