Beat at low speed until smooth.
Baking powder is extinguished with lemon juice.
Pour half of the flour into the egg-sour mixture and a prepared baking powder.
Mix well at medium speed for 30 seconds.
Pour the remaining flour and mix the homogeneous dough on medium speed. It will take no more than 1 minute.
Pour the dough into the waffle iron, considering that it will increase sufficiently in volume when baking. Bake until ready, focusing on your waffle iron. It took me 5 minutes. It turned out 45 hearts.
