Pour the sugar into the Cup and beat in the eggs.
Beat the eggs lightly with the sugar until it dissolves.
Then pour in the milk and butter. Stir.
Add the flour in parts ( since you may need more or less of the specified amount), baking powder and a little salt. If desired, add vanilla sugar.
Stir thoroughly. The dough turns out about as on pancakes
Grease the waffle iron with oil and heat it.
Put a full tablespoon of dough in a heated waffle iron and bake for about 4-5 minutes.
The baking time depends on your waffle iron.
Cool the hot waffles on the grill.
Serve waffles with tea or coffee with powdered sugar, or chocolate paste, jam, honey, maple syrup, etc.to your taste.
